Why some numbers can't get a code

Why Zaplog sends codes only to mobile numbers with a SIM, and which numbers are refused.

To protect accounts from being created in bulk or taken over, Zaplog only sends verification codes to mobile numbers that have a SIM card or eSIM.

Landlines and toll-free numbers

If you enter a number that isn't a mobile number, Zaplog shows Mobile numbers only and This number can't get codes, with the reason:

  • is an internet or virtual (VoIP) number
  • is a landline
  • we couldn't confirm that it's a mobile number with a SIM card

What to do

Tap Use a different number and enter a mobile number. If you're sure your number is a normal mobile number, try again in a little while, and contact support@zaplog.ai if it keeps happening. Include the number and your country.
