Task alerts and daily reminders
Get alerts before tasks start, plus reminders to plan the morning, start and end the day, and replan.
Alerts on a task
In the task editor, open Alerts and choose when to be reminded, such as At start or a few minutes before. Set the Default alert on new tasks in the You tab.
One alert per task is free. Extra alerts, each with its own timing, are part of Zaplog Pro.
Daily reminders
In You > Reminders:
| Reminder | What it does |
|---|---|
| Day start | Opens the day at the time you choose, with its shape at a glance. |
| Day end | Wraps up with what you got done. |
| Morning planning | A look at what today holds. |
| Unfinished-task nudge | Prompts you to replan what you didn't get to. |
If alerts don't arrive
The Today tab warns you when something is in the way: Notifications are turned off, Some reminders are muted, or Alerts may arrive late because the phone won't wake the app at an exact time. Tap Fix to open the right setting. See Notifications not arriving.
