Your day

  • Day starts and Day ends — where the timeline opens and closes. Tasks outside these hours still show.
  • Default task length.
  • Week starts on Monday — for the week strip and month grid.
  • Show completed tasks — off hides tasks from the timeline once ticked.
  • Suggest tasks for gaps.

How the day reads

  • Morning, afternoon, evening bands, and when Afternoon starts and Evening starts.
  • Now and next.
  • Timeline density: Compact, Comfortable or Spacious.
  • Days in the multi-day view.
  • Guess colours and icons for new tasks.

Appearance

  • Accent color, and Your colours: mix your own with New colour (hex, hue, saturation and brightness). Accent colors and the color mixer are part of Zaplog Pro.
  • Haptics — a tap when you pick up a task to drag it.
  • Sounds — a soft sound when you finish, add or remove a task. Silent when your phone is.

Reading

  • Font: Standard or OpenDyslexic, which weights the bottom of each letter so they're harder to flip or mix up.
  • Text size, on top of your phone's own font size.
  • Minimal layout — hides timestamps and the day summary, so the timeline is only your tasks.

Keyboard shortcuts

With a keyboard connected to your phone, tablet or Chromebook, open Keyboard shortcuts to see every shortcut for creating tasks, moving around, switching views and selecting.

Setup

Run setup again walks back through the first-run questions. Your tasks are untouched.
