Log a weigh-in

  1. On Today, tap Log weigh-in (under Body & movement). Or use Add weight on Progress.
  2. Enter your weight and the date.
  3. Add Notes if you like, and tap Save.

Add measurements

Turn on Track body measurements in Profile to add waist, hips, chest, arm, thigh, neck and body fat to every weigh-in. Leave any field blank to skip it.

If you enter your neck and waist, ZapFit can estimate your body fat with the US Navy formula. Tap Use to accept it, or keep your own figure.

Your trend

ZapFit smooths day-to-day changes into a Trend weight, so one heavy day doesn't hide your real direction. Progress shows your Weekly rate and an Estimated goal trajectory once you have two or more weigh-ins. A trajectory is a mathematical estimate, not a promise or a health recommendation.

Weigh-in reminders

Choose a Weigh-in rhythm, Weigh-in day and Weigh-in reminder time in Profile > Sleep, stress & weigh-ins.

If you connected Health Connect or Apple Health, weigh-ins from a smart scale or other apps are imported for you, and the weights you log are written back.
