What it's used for

  • Steps and active calories fold into your daily calorie budget and show under Activity. ZapFit reads them only for days you open, and never invents step data.
  • Sleep — last night's sleep is shown alongside your activity. It's displayed only; ZapFit doesn't change your targets based on it.
  • Weight from a smart scale or other apps is imported into your history, so you don't type it twice. Weights you log in ZapFit are written to your health app.
  • Workouts recorded by a watch or another app are imported as ZapFit workouts, without counting calories twice.

Privacy

Your health data isn't sold, isn't used for advertising, and isn't sent to Zaplog's AI, which analyzes your food photos. Imported weight and workouts are stored as ZapFit entries on Zaplog's servers; steps, active calories and sleep are shown but not stored.

You can revoke access at any time in Health Connect or the Health app's settings, and ZapFit keeps working without it.
