Leave or delete a room

Leave a room

1. Open the room's menu.
2. Tap Leave Room and confirm.

You stop seeing its channels and posts, and stop getting its notifications. You can join again later if it's still public, or with an invite.

If you own the room

A room's owner can't leave it, because that would leave the room without one. Either:

• Open Room Settings > Members, make somebody else the owner, then leave as an admin. See Room members and roles.
• Or delete the room.

Delete a room

1. Remove every other member from Room Settings > Members first. A room with other members can't be deleted.
2. Open Room Settings and, under DANGER ZONE, tap Delete Room.
3. Confirm.
