Get started with ZapNotes

ZapNotes is for quick thoughts and long documents alike. Notes can hold formatting, checklists, photos, drawings, scanned documents and voice recordings, and they sync across your phone and the web.

Open ZapNotes

Tap More in the navigation bar, then Notes.

Write a note

1. Tap New Note.
2. Give it a Title, then Start writing….
3. Tap Done, or just go back. Notes save as you type.

Find a note

• Notes are listed newest first. Tap Switch view to change the layout, and the sort button to show Oldest first or Newest first.
• Search titles and text finds words in your notes, including text in photos and scans, and words spoken in recordings.
• Pinned notes stay at the top.
