Writing Tools

Writing Tools use Zappy to improve or reshape what you've written. Nothing changes in your note until you choose to replace or add.

Use Writing Tools

Select some text, or select nothing to use the whole note.
Tap the Writing Tools button (✨) in the toolbar, or open it from the note's menu.
Choose a tool:

Tool	What it does
Proofread	Fixes spelling and grammar. Review each change before you accept it.
Rewrite	Says the same thing differently.
Friendly, Professional, Concise	Changes the Tone.
Describe your change	Tell Zappy what you want, in your own words.
Summary, Key points	Writes a summary or key points from your text.
List, Table	Turn it into a list or a table.
Compose	Writes something new from a prompt.

Read the result, then Replace your text, Add it below, or Insert it, or Keep original.

Photos and drawings inside the text you select are kept.
