Lock, share, export and set reminders on notes

Open a note and tap its menu.

Lock a note

Tap Lock note and confirm with your fingerprint, face or screen lock. A locked note shows This note is locked until you Unlock note. Locked notes' text isn't shown in the list or in search results. Tap Remove lock to unlock it for good.

Send it to a chat

Tap Send to chat and pick a chat. The note is sent as a message, with its pictures.

Share or export

• Share sends the note's text to another app.
• Export as Markdown creates a .md file.
• Export as PDF creates a PDF.

Remind me

Tap Remind me, pick a date, then What time?, and Set reminder. You'll get a notification then; tapping it opens the note. Use Change reminder or Remove reminder to change it.

Sync

Notes sync to your account and appear on your other devices and on https://app.zaplog.ai. If you edit the same note in two places at once, ZapNotes merges the changes where it can; if both changed the same lines, it keeps the newer text and saves the other as a conflicted copy.
