Folders, colors, pins and deleted notes
Sort notes into folders, color and pin them, duplicate them, and recover deleted notes within 30 days.
Folders
- New folder: create one from the folder list.
- Move to folder: from a note's menu.
- Rename folder or Delete folder from the folder's menu.
All Notes shows everything.
Pin a note
Long-press a note and tap Pin to keep it under Pinned at the top. Unpin removes it.
Color a note
Open the note's menu and tap Note colour. The color shows as a spine in the list and a wash behind the title.
Select several notes
Long-press a note, then tap others. You can pin, duplicate, move or delete them together, or Select all.
Deleted notes
Deleted notes go to Deleted, where they're Kept for 30 days before they go for good. Select a note there and tap Restore to bring it back, or Delete forever. Delete all empties it.
Note info and duplicates
Note info shows when a note was created and edited. Duplicate makes a copy.
