Manage your ZapCloud storage
See where your storage is going, clear duplicates, empty the trash, and find your largest files and folders.
Open Cloud, then tap Manage storage on your account card. It shows how much is In use and how much is Recoverable.
What you'll find
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Chats | Media you sent in your chats. Chat media counts toward the sender's storage, so deleting media you sent with Delete for everyone frees space. Tap a chat to see its media. |
| Duplicates | Files with the same name and size kept in more than one folder. Keep the oldest of each moves the rest to the trash. |
| Trash | Space held until the trash is purged. |
| Largest files | The heaviest things in your cloud. |
| Folders by size | Totals include everything nested inside. |
Tap a file to move it to the trash. ZapCloud shows how much it frees, with Undo.
