Trash and recovering deleted files
Deleted items stay in the trash for 30 days. Restore them, delete them for good, or empty the trash.
When you delete something in ZapCloud, it moves to the trash, where it stays recoverable for 30 days.
Open the trash
On Home, tap Trash & Recovery in Quick actions. Items show how long they have left; ones marked Deletes today go at the end of today.
Restore an item
Tap More options on it and choose Restore. It goes back to where it was.
Delete for good
- One item: More options > Delete permanently.
- Everything: Empty trash, then confirm.
Storage
Items in the trash don't count toward your storage allowance. Moving something to the trash frees that space in your quota straight away.
