Storage almost full or full

What happens at 80%, 85% and 100% of your storage, and how to get going again.

At 80%

ZapCloud's account page shows Storage almost full, with how much you've used. Tap the X to dismiss it.

From 85%

A banner, ZapCloud storage at the percentage, appears at the top of Zaplog. You can close it; it comes back after you've been away for a while.

At 100%

When your storage is full, Zaplog shows You can no longer use Zaplog until you're back under your limit. New uploads, including camera backup, fail. You can:

  • Upgrade to Zaplog Pro — 2 TB and every Pro feature.
  • Upgrade to 100 GB — the ZapCloud 100 GB plan, for accounts without Pro.
  • Manage storage — delete files to free up space.

Zaplog unlocks as soon as you're back under your limit.

Ways to free up space quickly

  • Empty the trash and remove duplicates.
  • Delete large files and old versions you don't need.
  • Delete media you sent in chats with Delete for everyone.
  • Delete old stories from your Story Archive.
