Your account storage

How much storage you have on Free, the 100 GB plan and Zaplog Pro, and what counts toward it.

Your storage allowance belongs to your whole Zaplog account, not only ZapCloud.

What counts

Chats, stickers, ZapCloud, Stories, ZapRooms, ZapFit, Notes, Organized, Zaplog (the AI tab), Podcasts and the browser all share this space. In detail:

  • ZapCloud files and their versions (not the trash).
  • Chat media you send. Each message counts once, toward the sender.
  • Stories, including archived ones.
  • ZapRooms uploads.
  • Note attachments, ZapFit photos, saved articles and AI conversation files.

Podcast downloads stay on your phone and don't count.

See your usage

  • Settings > Storage and data > Account storage shows how much you've used of your allowance.
  • The account card in Cloud shows the same, with a breakdown.

When you're running low

Zaplog tells you as you get close: a notice at 80%, a banner from 85%, and at 100% Zaplog can't be used until you free up space or upgrade. See Storage full.
