Log out of Zaplog

Logging out keeps your account but signs you out on this device.

Log out on a phone

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Log out. (It's also in Settings > Account.)
3. Read Log out? and confirm.

Zaplog shows Logging out… while it clears this account's chats, contacts and files from the phone. They stay in your account and come back when you sign in again.

Log out on the web

In the web app, open Settings and choose Log out. You can also log out any browser from your phone: open Settings > Linked devices, tap the device and choose Log out. See Linked devices.

Frequently asked questions

Will I lose my messages if I log out?

No. Your messages come back when you sign in again. If your account has an Account PIN, you'll need it to restore them.

Can I keep two accounts on one phone?

No. Zaplog holds one account per phone at a time. Log out of one before signing in to another.
