Cancel your account deletion

After you delete your account, it's kept untouched for 30 days. You can cancel the deletion any time in that window.

Cancel it

Sign in again with the same phone number. The deletion is cancelled the moment you sign in, and nothing is lost. Zaplog shows Welcome back — your account is no longer scheduled for deletion.

If you're still signed in somewhere and see Deletion scheduled in Settings > Account, tap Keep instead.

On the welcome screen of a signed-out phone, Zaplog also reminds you: Your account will be deleted on a date, and Sign in before then and nothing is deleted.

After 30 days

Once the 30 days are over, the deletion goes ahead and can't be undone. If you sign up again with the same number, you start with a new, empty account.
