Forgot your Account PIN

If you still have the phone your account is signed in on

You don't need the old PIN to set a new one there:

1. On that phone, open Settings > Account > Account PIN.
2. Tap Change PIN and confirm it's you with your fingerprint, face or screen lock.
3. Choose a new PIN.

If you don't have that phone

When a new phone asks for your PIN, tap Forgot PIN?. You can reset the PIN there once your account hasn't been used on any phone for 7 days. Zaplog shows how many days are left, for example You can reset your PIN in 5 days. If your account is used on another phone in the meantime, the wait starts again.

When the wait is over:

1. Tap Reset PIN.
2. Read Reset your PIN? carefully and tap Reset and delete.
3. Set a new PIN if you want one.
