Chat themes and wallpapers

Choose a chat theme

1. Open Settings > Chats.
2. Tap Chat theme (Bubble colours and wallpaper).
3. Browse the Gallery of themes, or switch to Colours for Solid colors. A preview shows how messages will look.
4. Tap Save. When asked Set theme?, you can tick Keep my existing wallpaper to change only the bubbles.

Themes include Mint, Ocean, Sky, Indigo, Honey, Charcoal, Midnight and Forest, among others.

Your chat theme applies to all your chats on this phone. Other people don't see it.

Change message text size

1. Open Settings > Chats.
2. Tap Font size and choose Small, Medium or Large.

It applies everywhere messages are shown.

The app's overall theme is separate. See Change the app theme.
