Security and account notifications
Notifications Zaplog sends about sign-ins, your PIN, shared files and your account.
Besides messages and calls, Zaplog sends a few notifications about your account. They can't be muted from a chat, because they protect you.
| Notification | What it means |
|---|---|
| Sign-in request | A new phone is signing in to your account and needs the code on your phone. |
| Someone is trying to sign in | Your number was used on another phone, which is waiting for your PIN. |
| Someone is guessing your PIN | Several wrong PINs were entered for your account. |
| A file was shared with you | Someone shared a ZapCloud file or folder with you. |
| Storage | Your storage is full, and a reply from a notification wasn't sent. |
| Messages from Zappy | Your automations, reminders, and occasional announcements from Zaplog. |
