Open Settings > Storage and data > Network usage.

What you'll see

  • How much Zaplog has used Today, in the last 7 days, 30 days, or All, split into Wi-Fi and Mobile data, sent and received.
  • Day by day — tap a day to see it on its own.
  • Usage breakdown — by feature: Messages, Photos, videos and files, Calls, Stories, ZapRooms, Zappy and AI, ZapCloud and notes, Podcasts and Everything else.
  • In the background — how much was used while Zaplog wasn't on screen: syncing, notifications and downloads.

On Android, the totals are Android's own count for Zaplog, split by feature from when Zaplog started counting.

Reset

Reset statistics starts the counters again from now. On Android, the phone's own count can't be reset, so the totals for Today, 7 days and 30 days still include it.

Use less data

  • Turn off auto-download on mobile data.
  • Set ZapCloud to wait for Wi-Fi (turn off Use cellular data in ZapCloud's settings).
  • Turn off Allow cellular downloads in ZapPodcasts.
  • Make voice calls instead of video calls.
