Organized is a day planner. A to-do list tells you what; a calendar tells you when. In Organized, every task carries a time and a length, and your day is drawn to scale, so an over-committed day looks over-committed.

Open it from More > Organized.

Set up

The first time, Organized asks a few questions so the planner opens on your hours:

  1. When does your day run? Set Day starts and Day ends, and how long new tasks are by default.
  2. Budget effort, not just time: turn on the energy meter if you like. See Energy budget.
  3. Should the planner speak up? Choose reminders for the start and end of the day, a morning plan, and a nudge to replan unfinished tasks.
  4. Make it yours: pick an accent color, and turn on calendar events, cycle seasons and suggestions.
  5. Optionally Start me off with the day's bookends: Arise and Shine at the start, Wind Down at the end, and one thing in your to-do list. All editable.

Tap Start planning. You can Run setup again later from the You tab without touching your tasks.
