The Chats screen

At the top of Chats you'll find:

  • The Chats, Stories and Calls tabs.
  • The search icon, for finding a conversation or message.
  • The gear icon, which opens Settings.
  • Filter chips under the search bar: All, Unread, Zappy, Favorites, Groups and Requests. See Filter your chat list.

The round button at the bottom right starts something new: a chat on the Chats tab, a story on the Stories tab, a call on the Calls tab.

Settings

Tap the gear on the Chats screen to open Settings. At the top is your profile; tap it to edit your name, photo, bio and more. Use Search settings to jump straight to any option. See Your Settings, explained.

The More page

More opens More For You, with:

  • Notes — ZapNotes.
  • Web Browser — browse the web without leaving Zaplog.
  • Organized — plan your tasks and stay on track.

Zappy

Zappy, the assistant, is a conversation in your chat list. Tap the Zappy filter chip to bring it to the top, or just open its chat. See Meet Zappy.
