Export data from ZapFit, ZapRooms, Notes and ZapCloud, or ask Zaplog for a copy of everything.

| Notes | Open a note and choose Export as Markdown or Export as PDF. |

Ask Zaplog for everything
You can ask for a copy of the personal data Zaplog holds about you. Email support@zaplog.ai from the email on your account, or include your account's phone number. Zaplog may verify that the account is yours, and answers within 30 days (or as the law where you live requires).
