Open ZapRooms settings from your ZapRooms profile or the rooms drawer. Use Search every setting to find any option.

AppearanceTheme, message display (Cozy or Compact), text size and spacing (Tight, Normal, Roomy).
AccessibilityReduce motion, Underline links and haptics.
Text & MediaInline media, video autoplay, Play animated images, link previews, Convert emoticons to emoji, timestamps and typing indicators.
VoiceInput mode (Voice Activity or Push to Talk), sensitivity, Noise suppression, Echo cancellation, Automatic gain control, and captions.

Your ZapRooms settings follow you to every phone you sign in on. Voice volumes, microphone sensitivity, video autoplay and Enter to send stay on each device.

Open Data & Privacy and tap Request all of my data. ZapRooms builds a copy of your profile, rooms and settings that you can save or send. It includes what your phone can already read.
