Connect accounts to Zappy
Connect Outlook, GitHub, Canva and Granola so Zappy can work with your mail, code, designs and meeting notes.
Open Settings > Zappy > Connectors (What Zappy can reach). Tap Connect on a service and sign in with that company's own sign-in page. Zaplog never sees your password.
| Service | What Zappy can do |
|---|---|
| Outlook | Outlook mail, OneDrive, Calendar, Contacts and To Do. See Outlook. |
| GitHub | Pull requests, reviews, issues, CI and notifications. See GitHub. |
| Canva | Designs, presentations, exports and comments. See Canva and Granola. |
| Granola | Meeting notes, decisions, action items and transcripts. |
Turn a connection off, or disconnect it
- Turn a connected service's switch off to stop Zappy using it while staying connected. Automations that rely on it pause. Turn it back on any time.
- Tap Disconnect to remove it altogether. Zappy's tokens are deleted from your phone and its tools for that service stop working. Nothing in the account itself changes.
Where your tokens live
The sign-in tokens stay on your phone, encrypted with a key held in its secure hardware. They aren't uploaded to Zaplog. When Zappy works with a service, your phone sends it what your request needs.
If a service needs you to sign in again, Zappy shows Sign-in expired — reconnect this account.
