Can't send a photo, video or file
Size limits and common reasons media won't send.
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| Media too large (100MB limit) or File too large to send | Chat attachments can be up to 100 MB. Trim a video, or upload the file to ZapCloud and share a link. |
| Upload failed. The attachment wasn't sent. | Check your connection and try again. |
| Effects can only be added to text messages | Send the media without an effect. |
| Only text can be scheduled | Media can't be scheduled. Send it now. |
| Camera permission is required | Allow camera access for Zaplog in your phone's settings. |
| Photo access is blocked | Allow photo access for Zaplog in your phone's settings. |
