Create a link anyone can open, with an expiry, an open limit and an optional password, and revoke it any time.

A link lets anyone open a file, without a Zaplog account. It's a good way to send large files.

  1. Tap More options on a file, then Share.
  2. Under Links, tap New link.
  3. Choose:
    • How long it works: 1 hour, 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 1 year or No expiry.
    • Limit how many times it opens (each open is one download), or leave it As it is.
    • Ask for a password: the browser prompts for it before the file downloads.
  4. Tap Create and copy.

The link is copied, ready to paste. Tap Send to share it straight from your phone. Links open a page at app.zaplog.ai.

Open the file's Share sheet, find the link and tap Change (new expiry, open limit or password) or Revoke. A revoked link stops working straight away. People you shared with directly keep access.

Open Shared by link from Quick actions on Home. It lists Files you have handed out a link to, so you can change or revoke them later.

Folders

Folders are shared with people, not by link. To hand out a link, share one of the files inside.
