Camera backup isn't working

What each backup status means, and how to get stalled camera uploads moving again.

Open Cloud > Camera Uploads to see the backup's status.

Other things to check

  • Folders to back up: if no albums are selected, nothing is backed up.
  • Videos: a folder with only videos needs Include videos on.
  • iPhone Limited Access: ZapCloud can back up only the photos you picked. Tap to choose more, or allow full access.
  • Battery optimization (Android): some phones stop apps working in the background. See Keep Zaplog working in the background.
