Save photos and videos to your phone

Save one photo or video

• Long-press it in the chat and tap Save to gallery, or
• Open it full screen and tap Save or Download.

Zaplog shows Saved to gallery. Zaplog may need permission to add photos to your library.

Show downloads in your gallery automatically

Media visibility decides whether photos and videos you download in Zaplog also appear in your phone's gallery.

• For all chats: open Settings > Chats and turn Media visibility (Show newly downloaded media in your device's gallery) on or off.
• For one chat: open the person's or group's profile, tap Media visibility, and choose Default (follow Settings), Shown in gallery or Hidden from gallery.

Download media you received

If a photo or video shows a download button, tap it to download. Whether media downloads by itself depends on your auto-download settings.
