Every appeal is read by a person.

Start a conversation with Trust & Safety

  1. Open Settings > Help.
  2. Tap Trust & Safety (Appeal a decision or ask about your account).
  3. Tap New message.
  4. Add a Subject and explain what happened in your own words.
  5. Send it.

Replies come from Zaplog Trust & Safety rather than a named moderator. The conversation shows its status: Waiting on Zaplog, Zaplog replied — your turn, Resolved or Closed. You can have up to three open conversations at once.

If your account is suspended, tap Appeal this decision on the suspension notice.

You can also email support@zaplog.ai with Appeal in the subject line.

Write a good appeal

Tell us what you think we misread: context we couldn't see, a misidentification, or an account you no longer controlled. "I disagree" without anything new rarely changes an outcome.

  • One appeal per decision. Sending the same appeal again won't get a different answer.
  • Content that's illegal or a serious safety risk isn't reinstated.

Decisions made by a room

Decisions made by a room's own moderators are appealed to that room. Threads about one room reach that room's moderators. See Appeal a removal in ZapRooms.
