You can repost a story you're watching to your own story. It's marked Reposted and stays for 24 hours.

Repost a story

  1. While watching the story, tap Repost.
  2. The story opens in the editor so you can add your own caption, text or drawing.
  3. Post it.

Zaplog shows Reposted to your story with a View button.

For a voice story, Zaplog asks you to confirm in Repost to your story instead of opening the editor.

Remove a repost

Open the story you reposted and tap Reposted, then Remove repost. This only takes it off your story; the original stays.

When you can't repost

  • This story can't be reposted. The poster turned off reposts, or shared the story only with chosen people.
  • It's already on your story.
  • You can't repost your own story.

A repost disappears when the original poster deletes their story.

Stop people reposting your stories

Turn off Settings > Privacy > Allow story repost. Stories you share with only a few people can never be reposted. See Who can see your stories.
