Report someone

Report an account

1. Open the chat and tap the person's name.
2. Tap Report with their name.
3. Choose a reason: Harassment or bullying, Hate speech, Spam or scam, Sexual content, Violent threats, Sharing private information or Something else.
4. Optionally tick Also block them and delete this chat.
5. Send it.

The account is reported to Zaplog for review. They aren't told, and reporting on its own doesn't block them or change your chat.

What happens next

Zaplog's Trust & Safety team reviews reports and acts under the Community Guidelines, from a warning to suspending an account. You won't always be told the outcome.
