Zaplog on the web can only be signed in from your phone. There's no password to type and no code to receive.

  1. On your computer, open https://app.zaplog.ai. A QR code appears.
  2. On your phone, open Settings > Linked devices.
  3. Tap Link a device.
  4. Point your phone at the QR code on the computer.

Zaplog shows Linking your device…, then that the computer is now linked. Your chats appear on the computer and keep syncing.

If the code won't scan

  • Make the code bigger with the enlarge button on the web page, and hold your phone so the code fills the frame.
  • Turn up your screen's brightness, and avoid glare.
  • Use Zaplog's own scanner from Linked devices. Your phone's camera app can't sign you in.
  • If Zaplog says That isn't a Zaplog linking code, you've scanned a different code. Open app.zaplog.ai and scan the one it shows.

Your message history on the web

When you link a computer, your phone shares your message history key with it, so your chats appear there. If your account has an Account PIN, open Zaplog on your phone so it can share the key.

Keep your computer secure

Every linked device has its own encryption keys. If you link a computer you don't own, log it out when you're done. See Linked devices.
