Deep Research is for questions that deserve more than a quick answer: comparing options, understanding a topic, or gathering evidence.

Run Deep Research

  1. In the composer, set the focus to Deep Research.
  2. Ask your question. Be specific about what you want covered.
  3. Zaplog starts by Setting the brief, then searches many times and reads whole pages.

It shows progress as it goes, such as how many sources it has read across how many searches. A run can take several minutes; you can leave the tab and come back.

The report

When it's done, you get a RESEARCH REPORT: structured, specific, and with a citation for its factual claims.

  • Show the research trail shows every search and source it used.
  • Share report shares it, and you can save it as a PDF.

If a run fails, Zaplog says The run didn't finish; try again.

Limits

Free accounts get a few Deep Research runs a week and a month. Zaplog Pro includes many more every day. The exact numbers appear when you reach a limit. See Limits.
