Play episodes
Play, skip, change speed, set a sleep timer, queue up episodes and keep listening in the background.
On this page
Tap an episode to play it. A mini player stays at the bottom while you use the rest of Zaplog, and the controls appear on your lock screen and in notifications.
Tap the mini player to open Now Playing.
Controls
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Play/Pause | Start or pause. |
| Skip Back / Skip Forward | Go back ten seconds or forward thirty. |
| Speed | Set the playback speed once and it's kept for every episode. |
| Sleep Timer | Stop playback after a while, or at the End of Episode. |
| Queue | See UP NEXT. |
| Transcript | Read along. See Transcripts. |
| Go to Show | Open the show's page. |
The queue
From an episode's More menu:
- Play Next puts it straight after the current episode.
- Add to Queue puts it at the end.
- Remove from Queue.
Played episodes
Episodes you finish are marked Played. Use Mark as Played or Mark as Unplayed from the More menu to change that.
